RTT® - Rapid Transformational Therapy - was developed by Marisa Peer and combines principles from hypnotherapy, neuroscience, NLP and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which often works through suggestion, RTT® guides you to locate the origin of an unhelpful belief and update it at the root. This means the change is permanent rather than temporary.
Yes - and it is one of the areas where RTT® is most effective. Imposter syndrome is driven by subconscious beliefs formed in early childhood, which is exactly the level where RTT® works. Most clients experience a significant shift after one or two sessions.
RTT® is highly effective for anxiety, particularly the kind of low-level, persistent anxiety that shows up as overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty making decisions and a constant sense of needing to prove yourself. By addressing the subconscious belief driving the anxiety - rather than managing the symptoms, RTT® creates lasting change rather than temporary relief.
Most people are surprised by how gentle and natural it feels. You are completely conscious and aware throughout - you cannot be made to say or do anything against your will. The experience is similar to the deeply relaxed state just before you fall asleep - your conscious mind quietens slightly, creating a window to access the subconscious. Most clients describe leaving a session feeling lighter and calmer, often noting that something has shifted even before the audio recording work begins.
No. RTT® is nothing like stage hypnosis. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. You will remember everything that happens in the session. If anything doesn't feel right, you can open your eyes and end the session at any point.
Most clients experience meaningful change after one or two sessions. The personalised audio recording that follows each session continues the work in the background for 21 days. More complex or longstanding issues may benefit from additional sessions, which is something we discuss honestly during the free Connection Call before you commit to anything. The Vibrant You program is based on the optimum number of RTT sessions (two) to see real change.
After each RTT® session, I create a completely bespoke audio recording for you -tailored to your specific beliefs, your session and your goals. You listen to this recording every night for a minimum of 21 days, ideally as you fall asleep. During this listening period, your brain builds new neural pathways through a process called neuroplasticity - literally rewiring the old belief pattern at a neurological level.
Vibrant You is my signature 8-week 1:1 program and integrates powerful and effective mind-body practices alongside RTT®. It includes two RTT® sessions, two personalised audio recordings, a reflection session, a weekly workbook with gentle embodiment practices and my full support throughout. It is built on my ALIGN method - a nervous-system-led approach to subconscious rewiring. It is designed for women who want lasting, deep transformation rather than a single session.

RTT® is not suitable for individuals who have been diagnosed with epilepsy, seizures, or serious mental health conditions including Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, hallucinations or delusions. For all other individuals, a Connection Call is the right first step to assess suitability.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT and traditional therapy primarily work at the conscious level - helping you understand, reframe and manage patterns. This is genuinely valuable. RTT® works at the subconscious level - the level where the patterns were created - which is why it can create shifts that years of conscious-level work has not achieved. Many clients come to RTT® having already done significant therapy work and find it addresses the layer that other approaches haven't reached.
