Inner work
Why doing inner work alone only takes you so far
We often believe that it's better to do our inner work alone. I know I did.
Journal alone.
Meditate alone.
Process alone.
Read all the self help books alone.
Sharing really is caring for yourself!
While these practices are helpful, they have limits - especially for women in midlife who have spent years carrying responsibility independently. We are wired for connection. And we are not meant to keep everything in - sharing really is caring for yourself.
Human nervous systems are relational. We regulate more quickly and more deeply in safe connection with others.
A real-time shared experience creates something solo practices can’t:
• relational safety
• accountability without pressure
• deeper subconscious settling
This doesn’t require sharing personal stories or being vulnerable in public. It simply requires presence, containment, and guidance.
Many capable women don’t realise how tired they are of doing everything alone - until they experience what it feels like to settle together.
If this sounds familiar, I’m creating something a little different - a shared immersive experience designed to help women truly recalibrate. You’re very welcome there and I can't wait to share this with you!
