What's included in your RTT® session
My mission is to help you achieve positive and measurable change - to regain your spark. Signing up for an RTT® hypnotherapy session will be one of the best and most exciting investments you make in your life. I see it as a partnership, I will be 100% by your side every step of the way, and for true transformation to happen, you also need to be 100% committed to the process. Ready? STEP 3: Personalised transformation recording
​Before booking any RTT® session, it's important you get the opportunity to understand more about the premise and process of RTT®.
​
If you want to chat, a Discovery Call will enable you to ask me any questions about RTT®, and more importantly decide if I'm the right therapist for you.
​
You also need to be 100% committed to invest your energy and motivation to really want to change.
In your RTT® session, through hypnotherapy I guide you to access the depths of your subconscious, where the roots of your issues reside. Here, we work together to recognise and release the patterns and behaviours constraining you.
It is a safe space, you will not relive any challenging memories, rather simply review them. 'This empowers you to enact enduring transformations in your life and find freedom from your issues.
​Absolutely personalised recording that will not only ignite your imagination, but more importantly embed, recode and install new ways of thinking.

Listening to your recording daily for a minimum of 21 days is an essential element of your transformation.
This helps build the new neural pathways in your brain - in essence you are rewiring new and better beliefs.
STEP 4: Progress check-ins
Via text or email
​You are not alone on your transformational journey. I will check-in with you periodically until your Reflection Session after 21 days.

You may notice immediate changes after our session, or it can be cumulatively during or beyond the 21 days of listening to your Transformation Recording. Or, changes can in fact, it can be retroactive - for instance, the new version of yourself may not even notice the things that used to trigger you before until you look back in retrospect.
STEP 5: Reflection session
60 minutes
It takes on average 21 days to change a habit, so our reflection session reviews your progress and breakthroughs since your original RTT session.

This is where it gets exciting to notice the changes!
*Everyone’s unique, everyone’s different - so depending on what surfaces during your session, it may mean that on occasion, extra session(s) are required.
Therapy, but not as you know it
Millions of people worldwide now realize the benefits of accessing therapy. When it comes to choosing what type of therapy might work for you, there are a lot of different methodologies out there to explore.
Understanding ‘what’s what’ can be confusing and clients can be easily misled by grandiose claims, so choosing the right therapist is a very important and personal decision.
